Nicholas Marchenia
Nick has been a member of the law firm since 2009, shortly after he graduated law school and passed the Michigan Bar Exam. In his first few years at the firm, Nick specialized primarily in auto accident claims. At his first trial, he successfully obtained a six-figure verdict in favor of his clients.
As his career has continued, Nick has expanded his areas of practice and expertise to include premises liability, general negligence, and medical malpractice. He has not only handled cases throughout the state in circuit courts, but also the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, and Federal District Court. In addition to his work at the office, Nick was a regular contributor on local AM radio to the “Legal Hour” on the Jonathan Kinloch Show from 2012-2013.
