Cy Weiner is a licensed mediator and personal injury lawyer in Michigan. He is AV-Rated—the highest rating that an attorney can earn for ethical standards and professional ability from his peers. In 2008, the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) invited Cy into their ranks, an honor reserved for a small number of Michigan's finest attorneys. He is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, the American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Michigan, the American Association for Justice and the Michigan Association for Justice. Ronald M. Applebaum

Ronald M. Applebaum is an experienced trial attorney who has had numerous favorable plaintiff verdicts. He serves as a case evaluator in Wayne & Oakland Counties, a board member of JARC and an active member of various charities in southeast Michigan. Joel A. Sanfield

Mr. Sanfield is an avid litigator and trial attorney on behalf of victims of professional negligence. In his spare time, Mr. Sanfield enjoys the study of politics, reading, music, exercise, and time with his family. He attended Michigan State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated with honors in June 1985. In 1989, he earned his law degree at the University of Detroit. He passed the Michigan State bar in 1989, and is currently a member of the Michigan State Bar Association, the Michigan Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the American Civil Liberties Union. Erik J. Stone

Born in Detroit, Erik J. Stone grew up witnessing his Uncle Cy’s passion for defending victims of personal injury. Erik attended Central Michigan University and graduated in December 1990. He then attended Cooley Law School from which he received a Juris Doctor degree in September 1994. Following in his uncle’s footsteps, Erik passed the Michigan bar exam in 1995 and officially joined Weiner & Associates. He practices law in the following areas:
